- B state championship tournament was held at Salina and was won by Haven High School. In 1929 and 1930 no Class B tournaments were held; a new plan had been instituted whereby the Class B teams played in the same tournaments with the Class A teams following the first-round district meets.
- Tennis Victoria’s Junior UTR State Championships ended yesterday with 19 Junior Tennis Players crowned State Champions. In the first major Junior Tennis Event in Victoria since the easing of COVID restrictions, the 12-day event brought the best young Tennis talent in the state to Bendigo in the Wheelchair, 12/U, 14/U, 16/U and 18/U Boys.

This competition showcases the best male and female swimmers in Victoria in each age group from 12yrs to 18yrs. Past Championships have attracted entries from across Australia and around the world.
